The Commercial Pool Operations (CPO) Department provides full management and maintenance options for commercial facilities. Our distinctive programs are available to relieve the property owner from the burden of managing a commercial swimming pool facility.
Our complete management service provides our clients with a fixed price for yearly budgeting. With customizable options, we can tailor make a program to fit your needs.
The Commercial Management Program provides the following options:
- Remove, clean and store pool cover
- Drain and clean pool (as necessary)
- Install deck equipment
- Clean and prepare bath-house pump room and filtration equipment for operation
- Clean and set pool deck furniture (as necessary)
- Fill pool (owner to provide water)
- Install automated computer chemical controller and feed system
- Perform daily inspections of the facility
- Hire and train American Red Cross certified Lifeguards
- Provide in-service training to ensure staff is prepared for all situations
- Handle all payroll and associated taxes
- Provide liability, completed operations and workmen’s compensation insurance
- Provide and deliver pool chemical, bath-house, first-aid, and test kit supplies
- Provide supervision and management of your facility to ensure a safe, clean and enjoyable swimming pool that meets all local and state health department regulations
- Document water chemistry, patron usage, accidents/incidents, patron disciplinary action and customer comments
- Provide swimming lessons (if requested)
- Prepare facility, provide staff and clean-up for private pool parties and swim meets
- Provide a 24-hour a day, 7-day a week contact person to respond to emergencies
- Provide minor maintenance on swimming pool and equipment
- Maintain full Service Department staff to handle all repair and maintenance issues
- Provide winterization of the pool, filtration equipment and bath-house facilities
- Submit winterization reports, inventory reports, and recommend repairs
- Provide consultation for improvements to the facility
The Commercial Maintenance Program provides the following options:
- Remove, clean and store pool cover

- Clean & wash set pool deck furniture (as necessary)
- Fill pool (owner to provide water)
- Install automated computer chemical controller and feed system

- Provide and deliver pool chemical, first-aid, and test kit supplies
- Provide supervision and maintenance of your facility to ensure a safe, clean and enjoyable swimming pool that meets all local and state health department regulations
- Checks of facilities (client chooses the number of visits per week) to include chemicals, water chemistry, equipment operation and cleanliness
- Provide a 24-hour-a-day, 7-days-a-week contact person to respond to emergencies
- Provide minor maintenance on swimming pool and equipment
