DOUGLAS AQUATICS TEAM TRAINING AND ORIENTATION
All employees MUST attend at least ONE Douglas Aquatics Training session prior to working their first day this summer.
These training sessions are PAID and will cover information on customer service, safety, the timekeeping system, and much more you will need to know for the summer.
All Team Training and Orientation dates/times will be announced at a later date!
You will receive more information on how to sign up for a session when you complete your onboarding paperwork!
MANAGER TRAINING
All Managers and Assistant Managers will need to attend ONE of the Team Training sessions listed above.
In addition to attending Team Training, each facility manager will be required to attend the Manger Training- date/time TBA.
UNIFORMS AND SWIMSUITS
Uniforms are available for purchase via a local partnership with Disco Sports.
We require ALL lifeguard staff to purchase a complete uniform (suit, shorts, t-shirt, and CPR Mask) and wear them at ALL times while on duty.
You will be given a whistle and lanyard prior to your first shift.
