DOUGLAS AQUATICS: TEAM TRAINING
All employees MUST attend one DA Team Training session before being able to work this summer. These sessions are PAID and will cover information on customer service, safety, and online scheduling. Swimsuits and apparel will be available for purchase at all orientation and team training events. Each session will take place at a swimming pool and include dry and wet activities. Be sure to bring tennis shoes, athletic clothes, swimsuit and a towel.

NEW GUARD AND PARENT ORIENTATION:
Orientation for managers, guards and parents are for NEW staff members only! We invite the parents to come and be a part of the orientation. It will be a chance for you to learn all the policies and procedures for Douglas Aquatics. Each new team member will be required to attend both orientation and team training.

All orientations will be held at our Office from 6-7:30pm

Manager Team Training
All Managers and Asst. Managers will need to attend one of the two Team Training Sessions! In addition, we will have a manager team training. Email Lifeguard@douglasaquatics.com or go to our Facebook site to sign-up!

INDIVIDUAL MULTI-GUARD FACILITY MEETINGS:

All multi-guard pools will have their first staff meeting on Sunday May 21st. The times will vary and be set up by the individaul pool managers.

SWIM LESSON INSTRUCTORS:
Interested in teaching swim lessons this summer? (All instructors must be at least 16 years old) All swim instructors for 2012 will need to attend one of the training sessions to cover administrative procedures as well as instructor skills.

Swimsuits and other uniform items are available for purchase ONLINE!  will be available for purchase at all orientation and team training events! 

SCHEDULES
Douglas Aquatics provides online scheduling to our guards based on their requested days off. We will review all information at the Team Training and Orietation.

To Check your schedule:

1.    Go online to DA ONLINE SCHEDULES
2.    Your user name and password will be your six digit employee pin number. (SAME AS 2011)  You may change your password and pin after the first time through the site.
3.    You can check your monthly schedule, weekly timesheet, and manually clock-in (if you forgot) from this site
